Rental Rate Information For Harwich Haven on Cape Cod
Rental Rates:
$5,000 per week
Timing:
Weekly rentals are Wednesday to Wednesday
Security Deposit:
$1,000 Security deposit
We Accept Pets:
- Requires owner approval
- $500 additional security deposit
- Requires proof of flea protection
Payment Terms:
- 50% of the Rent - Reserves Your Vacation Week
- 50% of the Rent - Due at least 1 Month Prior to Your Vacation
- Security Deposit - Due at least 1 Month Prior to Your Vacation
- Pet and Event Security Deposits - Due at least 1 Month Prior to Your Vacation
Return of Security, Pet Security & Event Security Deposit:
10 Business Days After Your Vacation
Rental Example:
- Renting the Week of August 9 - 16
- Send $2,500 to Reserve the Week
- Send $2,500 + $1,000 by July 9. If bringing a pet or scheduling an event, send an additional $500.
- You should receive your $1,000 Security Deposit (and pet deposit) by August 30.
Cancellation Policy:
- If the house is re-rented for that week, we will return your money less a 10% handling fee.
- If the house is re-rented for less rent that week, the refund will be reduced by the difference between the 2 rents.
- If we cannot re-rent the house, we will be unable to return your money.
